Just a quick update for our guests, the deadline for reserving rooms in our block at the Garfield Suites Hotel HAS BEEN EXTENDED to September 4th!
Time to make your plans, maybe arrange to split a suite with some friends or family who are also coming to our wedding! It’s the perfect hotel for our wedding, since it’s one block from the reception – you get free parking and don’t have to move your car!

The wedding will be here before we know it! This weekend we’ve been working on finishing up and mailing the invitations, special thanks to Leo & Kirby for assembly help, and Megan and Brittany for their beautiful penmanship on the envelopes!
Now it will just be down to finalizing details with flowers and cake, and seeing what else pops up! We’re very excited for the wedding to be here so you all can celebrate with us!

The wedding is sneaking up on us!
We’ve now got our registries set up, and are finalizing the invitation design and honeymoon plans. We’re very excited to take a nice little trip to New Orleans! It’s been fun looking up things to see and do while we’re there - we definitely plan on dancing!
Pretty soon, Lisa will be gathering some bridesmaids together for an invitation assembly/addressing party! There’s still a lot to do, but it should all be fun.

It’s been a while since we’ve posted an update, but we’ve been BUSY! We have almost everything done! Dresses and tuxes have been ordered, cakes have been tasted, rings have been purchased, florist has been booked, musicians are rehearsing, and the invitations are being finalized!
We are still figuring out gift registries and honeymoon plans…. better get to work before the wedding sneaks up on us! It’s just over 3 months away!
